Our private 1-on-1 soccer training sessions are designed to provide personalized attention, tailored specifically to your or your child’s needs and goals. With 90 minutes of focused coaching, players will benefit from Intensive skill development through targeted drills and exercises and mastery of key techniques, including first touch, ball control, and skill moves. These sessions are also perfect for off-season training, helping players stay sharp and prepared for their upcoming season. Whether you want to refine specific skills, improve fitness, or elevate your game, our private training is the ideal way to gain an edge and achieve your goals!
Small group
Our small group training classes create an intimate and dynamic learning environment where players can develop their skills alongside peers. With a maximum of 4 to 8 players per session, each athlete receives ample attention from our coaches while enjoying the camaraderie of a team setting. This format encourages healthy competition, teamwork, and communication skills, all vital for success on the field. Sessions are designed to focus on various aspects of the game, from technical drills to tactical exercises, ensuring a well-rounded development experience.
Biomechanics & Speed Training
This training session focuses on improving speed, agility, and core strength for young soccer players. Athletes will work on biomechanics to enhance running form, explosiveness, and injury prevention. Drills include sprints, plyometrics, and agility exercises tailored to soccer performance. Each class provides individualized feedback to improve technique and boost overall athleticism. The goal is to help players move faster, more efficiently, and with greater strength on the field.
